e30 325i chasing an e30 M3 on a wet track. Maybe a go-kart track but looks super fun, lots of good drifting corners and elevation changes. Not too bad driving...wish I had that track in my backyard....

haha, i just had a great idea (that will never happen, don't worry), but why don't all the members here pitch in and buy a cheap plot of land and build a track?

i wish dreams could be reality, that looks like a sweet place to learn to drift.

It's just kind of sad that we only have 1 track out here (after all of these decades gone by) that is capable of trackdays... Mission... and it's not a very good one at that.

Shame that the Merritt track never came to be. I heard reports/rumours that it's a demented Rally course now (?)... hmm, sounds unlikely.

What are all of the (supposed) petrolhead multi-millionaires in this city doing with their $$..!?!... besides posing down Robson in their Ferraris, Porsches and Lambos with their Vin Diesel freshly-shaved heads and $3000 chrome-plated titanium shades, that is. Where are the eccentric over-paid billionaire nutters itching to buy up 100 acres of outside-the-city rolling-hill-infested lands so that he/she can build a bespoke track for his/her collection of performance cars to belt around on..?!

Oh well, life could be much worse for us enthusiasts out here. Unfortunately for us, Europe is the Motorsport playground.

Yeah, that merritt track was supposed to be active mountain raceway. It got pretty far along, they cleared the land and even tore up the groundwork of the track. All they had to do was lay pavement and it was basically done. It would've been suhweet. Once I get my first 10 million, i'll build a track. e30's only though......or any bmw older than 10 years.....
